This Sign plan is intended to promote consistent and harmonious
signage for the multi-tenant building as per city requirements.
Each tenant is permitted to display two internally illuminated wall
signs. Signs ,are to be pan channel design or sculpted cabinet design
(resembling pan channel). ,Bullet cabinets may be allowed for logos
and/or business descriptior~.~ Primary tenant signage may be located in
- the. gable area of the building. signage for smaller tenants may be -~~
located on the wall below the roofline. Combined, wall signs may .not
exceed i8% of the wall elevation. Designs to be submitted to and
approved by the landlord .prior to submittal to the City of Meridian for
permit.
Door vinyls displaying the name of the business and hours of operation
are permitted.
Temporary signs and banners for special occasions and grand openings
are permitted as per city code.
No free standing signs are approved with this sign program.
