This letter outlines my review and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program. The number and types of approved signage are as follows: Center Signs No center signs were applied for or approved with this application. Future center signs will require a separate sign permit. Freestanding Signs • One freestanding sign was approved with this application located on Nola Road. Wall Signs • Eight wall signs were approved with this application; 5 on the building located at 585 N. Nola Road and 3 on the building located at 451 N. Nola Meridian, Idaho Electric Signs Wall signs are permitted on any elevation of the ezisting buildings not to ezceed 8% of the total wall area. Signs will be non-internally illuminated of flat cut out materials and stud mounted to the walls. Signs may adhere to corporate color standards and fonts. One free-standing non-internally illuminated monument sign is permitted as per specifications. Sign will not ezceed 6' in overall height and 10' in overall width. All signs require a sign permit for the City of Meridian as per code. No additional signs shall be permitted without approval.
