Re: Approved Sign Program for EI Dorado Market Place at EI Dorado Sub.
Idaho Electric Signs submitted a Planned Sign Program (PSP) Application for EI Dorado Market Place
located on the south side of E. Overland Road, in EI Dorado Subdivision. This letter outlines my review
and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center /Commercial Signs
No center sign for this multi-tenant building is proposed or approved at this time.
Wall Signs
• Only one wall sign (Baird's Dry Cleaners) is proposed and approved at this time
• Future tenant signs will require separate sign permits and must comply with this program.
• Future proposed wall signs must be consistent in design as detailed in the lease agreement
submitted with the PSP (signs shall be individual pan channel letters with optional backlighting and
may not exceed allowed square footage).
**All signage must be in compliance with MCC 11-14.

The following is the sign language used in all leases for the El Dorado Market Place at EI
Dorado Business Campus.
"SIGNS. Tenant may at its cost professionally install one sign along (not perpendicular to)
the upper fascia of the Building over the Premises area, with a minimum of 15" clear
margin between the top of the Building canopy and the bottom of the sign, and between
the top of the sign and the lowest of the upper fascia reveal lines, comprised of V~
~1 letters vri~r ~~ The design of the sign and its manner of
attachment shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval and applicable ordinances.
Additionally, Tenant may at its cost apply 2" tall decal lettering to the exterior of Tenant's
entry door(s) identifying Tenant's occupancy and hours. Tenant shall at its cost remove
such signs upon the Lease termination, and promptly and professionally repair any
affected surfaces to the condition they were in prior to installation of the signs. No other
signs of any kind visible from outside the Premises shall be permitted at any time."
Please let me know if this will satisfy the requirements of the "planned sign program": In
reviewing the sign application I am not sure what else I might provide, as the requested
information mainly pertains to the signage contractor.
