Master Sign Plan
Bonito #3 Subdivision
EI Dorado Business Park

The master sign program is intended to act as a guideline for the
development and to provide consistent and harmonious signage for
appropriate business identification.
Two multi tenant monument signs as attached will be permitted on
Copper Point Drive at each ingress, egress. Tenant panels for each sign
will be divided based on the proportionate building square footage in
relation to the entire business park building square footage and at the
discretion of the developer. No tenant panel may be installed on the
monument signs without prior approval from the Bonito Subdivision #3
Owners Association.
Wall signs are permitted on any elevation on the buildings that are
appropriate provided that those signs do not exceed 9% of the wall
face. Signs shall be consistent in type for each building i.e., channel
letters, dimensional non-illuminated letters, etc.
Tenants must submit renderings in color and to scale of proposed
signage to the Owner's Association for approval prior to submittal to
the city for permits.
No exposed tubing, conduit or wiring is permitted.
Window vinyl is permitted to display the name of the business and
hours of operation.
Each building may provide one smaller monument type directional to
identify the businesses. The interior monument directories shall follow
the same design criteria as the EI Dorado Business Center. The Owner's
Association shall approve location and final design of interior
monuments. No interior directories will be allowed along the East
Copper Point Drive corridor.
