The number and types of approved signage are as follows: Center Signs No center signs were approved with the Planned Sign Program application for this project. All future signs will require sign permits. Wall Sign • Future tenant signs will require separate sign permits. • Future proposed wall signs must be consistent with each other in design (pan channel letters) per the approved lease agreement pertaining to signs • Direct illumination signs are prohibited, except that neon may be permitted if contained within channel letters or raceways. Skeleton neon is not permitted. Free-standing Sions • No free-standing/monument signs were approved with this application. Length of sign shall not exceed percent ( 75%) of leased space frontage width. 2. The signage overall height shall not exceed inches (48") while individual sign letters shall not exceed 36" in height unless pre -approved by Landlord. 3. Sign content shall be limited to Tenant's trade name or logo identifying the business or service located or provided therein. 4. Signage must be placed (centered) on frontal sign band within tenant's leased premises as designated by Landlord. 5. Scale drawings with colors and placement of proposed signage shall be submitted to Landlord for prior approval. 6. Landlord must pre -approve any signage or lettering on entry door and/or storefront glazing. 7. All signs shall be designed in compliance with Meridian Planned sign Program and building codes and ordinances. CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION 1. All signs shall be intemally illuminated utilizing either individual pan channel letters with trim cap or individual open pan channel letters with exposed neon. Returns shall be sheet metal or sheet aluminum, primed and painted. 2. Signage shall not utilize exposed raceway. 3. All signs shall bear the U.L. label and be constructed and installed in compliance with all local sign and building codes and ordinances. 4. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining sign permits and for all expenses associated with construction, installation, maintenance and removal of tenant signage, to include patching of holes, repainting patched area, etc. 5. Sign electrical connections shall be made by Tenant to Tenant's metered service, unless common area time clock system is provided by Landlord. Signs will be illuminated daily from dusk to 12:00 A.M. (minimum illumination requirement). SIGNAGE PROHIBITED 1. Non -illuminated signs. 2. Projecting signs (signs perpendicular to building fascia). 3. Single face, illuminated cabinets (can signs). 4. Animated, moving, flashing or audible signs/appurtenances, or signs/appurtenances emitting smoke or other material. 5. Signage extending above building roof line, or signage outside any designated sign band areas. 6. Signage painted on exterior building surfaces or sign boards. 7. Temporary signs, banners, posters or any other like advertising items shall not be affixed on exterior walls, windows, columns or sign bands without prior Landlord approval. 8.
