Master Sign Program

The master sign program is intended to insure that this development provides appropriate
signage for business identification as well as providing a base line for permitting
purposes within the City of Meridian.
x. Each tenant may provide wall signs on the fascia of their building not to exceed
9% of the wall or lease space as stated in the current city ordinance. Those signs
may consist of externally illuminated duneasional letters. Each sign will be
submitted to the landlord for approval prior to submission to the city.
2. Each tenant may provide window vi~-1 on the entrance doors or windows to
display the name of the business and hours of operation.
3. A monument sign to be provided by the landlord will be placed on the property to
identify the business park. The monument sign will not provide tenant spaces.
4. Each tenant, upon vacating the property, will remove their signs and repair the
walls to their original condition.
I 5. No exposed conduit, tubing or wiring is permitted.
b. Tenants are responsible for appropriate permits and labels to be provided with
their signage.
~. A copy of these sign criteria will be included with each leaseJpurchase of property
within the development.
