Effective: February 2006
Brockton Office Complex is a development consisting of ten lots, sharing a
common ingress-egress/cross access. Each lot shall contain a building occupied
by one or two tenants, with each tenant having one or more building signs. The
following standards shall apply:
1) A double-faced internally illuminated monument sign shall be located
close to the complex entrance, in the landscape easement area. It shall
read "Brockton Office Complex" and also allow for signage for each
tenant (space allows for up to 20 tenant names if needed).
2) Wall signs shall consist of individual letters with a minimum thickness of
.50" and a maximum thickness of 6.00", and cut or fabricated of durable
material suitable for exterior use. Letters may be non-illuminated,
Illuminated with building mounted floodlights which complement building
design, or use indirect or internal illumination. Letters shall be mounted
directly to building, and no sign shall project above the wall. Wall signs are
permitted in any number, location, or orientation except facing adjoining
residential property, provided that the total square footage does not
exceed 9% of the wall face upon which sign is placed and that no single
sign shall exceed 75 sq. feet in size. Any color(s) shall be allowed, except
fluorescent and/or day-glo colors.
3) While it is not anticipated that they will be needed, one secondary free-
standing monument sign for each building may be allowed, not to exceed
8'-0" in height and 1 sq. foot per three lineal feet of street frontage, for a
maximum of 50 sq. feet. per sign. Design and colors shall complement
building architecture and colors.
