Avest Center SP 04-012Memo To: Avest Plaza Project File SF- b y - () t 2 From: Sonya Allen CC: Daunt Whitman, Roger Llewellyn (Golden West) Date: 11/5/04 Re: Approved Sign Program for Avest Plaza by Golden West Golden West Advertising submitted a Planned Sign Program (PSP) Application for Avest Plaza located on the north side of E. Fairview Ave., east of N. Locust Grove Road. This site and previously approved signs existed prior to the current Sign Ordinance. The sign ordinance requires that a Planned Sign Program be applied for with any new sign permit applications when one does not already exist. The number and types of approved signage are as follows: Center / Commercial Signs No center sign for this multi -tenant building is approved with this PSP. Wall Signs • Only one wall sign (Sa-wad-dee Thai Restaurant) is proposed and approved at this time • Future tenant signs will require separate sign permits and must comply with this program. • Future proposed wall signs must be consistent in design as detailed in the lease agreement submitted with the PSP (signs shall be non -illuminated and mounted flush on the wall and may not exceed allowed square footage. Signs shall be illuminated with gooseneck type fixtures to match existing store.) • This PSP may not be revised to change the above requirements if Sa-wad-dee's sign is still in existence on the site. **All signage must be in compliance with MCC 11-14. 0 Page 1 0 FAEMOIAN CITY OF MERIDIAN BUILDING DEPARTMENT 660 E.
