The master sign. program is intended to insure that this development provides appropriate
sxgnage for business identification as well as providing a base line for pertzaitting
pctzposes witlkin the City of Meridian.
l . Each tenant may provide one wall sign on the fascia of their lease space not
to exceed 9% of the fascia (lease length x height x 9%) as stated ~ the
currexzt city ordinance. Those signs may consist of single face internally
illuminated rectangular cabinets. Each sign will be submitted to tb~e landlord
for approval prior to submission to the city.
2. Each tenant may provide window vinyl on the entrance doors or windows to
Display the name of the business and hours of operation.
3. A pylon sign provided by the landlord will be placed on the property to £~c[S-h~Kq
identify business within the development. The tenant sign wilt provide to s'.. ~~ • p ~-
spaces to be dividccl at the discretion of the landlord.
4. Each tenant, upon vacating the property, will remove their signs and repair
the wall to their original condition.
5. Te~aants are responsible for appropriate permits and labels to be provided with
their sigxtage.
6. No exposed conduit, tubiatg or wiring is permitted.
7. A copy of this sign criteria will be included with each lease/purchase of
property within the development. '
