Though missed, the Library Coffee House was a former tenant of this building. The Coffee House was
an establishment that served coffee, pastries, and other minor food related items. It was a place of
congregation where people from the public would meet and spend leisure time while enjoying the
service of the business.
The newly welcomed occupants will be an attorney's office. In the office, there will be several on staff
where the normal day to day operations of a typical attorney's office will occur. There will be some
clients who will visit the office on occasion, and regular use of paralegals, attorneys and others on staff.
It should be mentioned that in a letter dated 10/15/03 from Chapel of the Chimes (provided), a shared
parking agreement was put in place. This allows the owner of this building use of the parking lot for a
total sum of 10 shared spaces. This in conjunction with the 6 spaces provided on site will allow for a
total of 16 spaces used by this property (in addition, there is street side parking available on both
streets that abut the property).
Last, our occupancy classification has gone from a previous A-2 occupancy (The Library Coffee House)
to a much less stringent and publicly traveled B occupancy.
