PH Noticing CCCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application TEC 12-001 by Ronald W. VanAuker for Time Extension approval on the preliminary plat for Seyam Subdivision in order to obtain the City Engineer's signature o the Final Plat for Seyam Subdivision generally located north side of E. Franklin Road, approximately 1,200 feet east of Eagle Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department, 33 E.
