Seyam Subdivision is located on the North side of Franklin Rd. approximately 1200 feet east of Eagle and Franklin intersection. The 39.28 acre site was approved for preliminary plat on February 6, 2007 and was granted a time extension through February, 2012. We are requesting an additional extension to complete the project. The Subdivision cannot be completed by the expiration date due to the time required by ACHD to investigate the conversion of the private road to a public street (Lanark St.). We are requesting an additional eighteen months to complete this project.
