The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced application for the home
occupation appeal at 1750 North Ten Mile Road. ITD has the following comments:
1) This project is located far enough from the State Highway System that there is no
measurable impact. ITD has no comments on this application.

All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Na pa & Meridian In~igation District
must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
