A PreCouncil meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, January 3, 2012, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor De Weerd, Brad Hoaglun, David Zaremba, Charlie Rountree
and Keith Bird.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Hoaglun: I move to adopt the agenda as printed.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adopt the agenda as printed. All those in favor
say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c): To conduct
deliberations concerning labor negotiations or to acquire an interest in
real property, which is not owned by a public agency.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345 1(c).
Hoaglun: Second.
De Weerd: We have a motion and a second to go into Executive Session. Madam
Clerk, will you, please, call roll.
Roll-Call: Bird, yea; Rountree, aye; Zaremba, yea; Hoaglun, yea.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (5:33 p.m. to 6:32 p.m.)
Rountree: I move we come out of Executive Session.
Zaremba: Second.
