NARRATIVE
REASON FOR REQUEST
The purpose of this request is to allow Lot 4 of the Northpointe Commercial Subdivision
into two lots to accommodate two smaller users.
There will be no changes in roadway access and no change in the utilities other than
construction of additional water and sewer services. The existing water and sewer
mains will remain as constructed.
There will be no change in use or zoning.
Both lots will be subject to cross use access, parking and drainage easements as noted
on the plat.
