Attached are the staff report for the proposed Spurwing Grove No. 3 and Messina Meadows No.3 final plats (File #'s FP-
12-001 and FP-12-002). These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on February 7, 2012. The public
hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call ore-mail with any questions.
