I am writing you regarding our planning and zoning application for Accolade Apartments in
Meridian, Idaho, and your staffs response to our application.
We have read the staff report for the Accolade Apartments and concur with the recommendations
made for this project. All findings and conclusions look reasonable, and we will put Meridian
Planning and Zoning's suggestions for the project into effect.
