The property is currently vacant. To the east of the site is phase 1 of Oakcreek; to the north and south are future phases of Oakcreek (The Oaks); and to the west is unplatted property. The gross density of the final plat is 4.28 dwelling units per acre, with a net density of 5.8 dwelling units per acre. The minimum property size is 5,553 square feet, with the average property size being 6,400 square feet. The preliminary plat was approved on October 28, 2008.
