Sonya,
I know that you are still waiting for a staff report for the Ten Mile Crossing Subdivision project. Because
of this I wanted to give you an update on ACHD's review of the project. Staff is still in the process of
reviewing the revised traffic impact study and has not approved, or deemed the study complete at this
time. ACRD is also running an additional analysis on one of the internal intersections to determine if the
intersection meet's signal warrants. Staff does not have any significant concerns with the project, or
with the City moving forward with the application.
