Broadway Avenue Meridian, ID 83642 Re: AZ 11-001- Ten Mile Annexation -Janicek Properties, LLC, Fedrizzi Ten Mile, LLC and SJJV, LLC Dear Madam Mayor and Members of the City Council: We have reviewed the above referenced annexation and zoning application and express our strong support for the annexation and requested zoning. We own several large parcels of land in the area and feel that the CG is the appropriate zoning for the subject parcels. It is difficult to know how a property will develop and it is important to have as broad a zoning designation as possible. In our opinion, the CG zoning designation provides the most flexibility for the development of the subject parcels it the highest and best use.
