The approved personal service use is to occupy a 1,480 squaze foot tenant space. The developed site was reviewed and approved for retail with CZC-07-027. The approval of this application constitutes a change of use only and does not authorize any exterior alterations. Please contact Building Services and the Meridian Fire Department for specific permit and code requirements. The applicant, director, or a party of record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Department on or before November 12, 2011, within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and contain the information listed in Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-SA-6B.
