Re: Chesterfield Rezoning and Expansion
Dear Chairman and Board Members,
We, the residents of Castlebrook Subdivision, oppose the Rezoning and
Expansion of the Chesterfield Subdivision for multiple reasons. First, the traffic on Pine
has limited lighting and poses a concern for our children who walk to the school bus stop
which is currently located on the corner of Black Cat and Pine. The increased traffic
definitely poses a safety concern for the times that our children will be out there. Second,
the increase in homes poses health and safety concerns for the current homeowners who
use the amenities that are already in place. The existing pool alone is already too small
for the number of homeowners in this sub-division and adding more homeowners who
will have access to it is purely dangerous and unsanitary. Without the willingness to
improve our current amenities or adding new amenities, we do not support the expansion
of the Chesterfield Subdivision.
Thank you for your time.
