This letter is to confirm the approval of your certificate of zoning compliance verification application to
change the use of the existing building from flex space to indoor arts, entertainment and recreation
facility. The operation of the indoor arts, entertainment and recreation facility received conditional use
approval (file #CUP I1-005) on November 6, 2011. The proposed use shall meet the standards set forth in
UDC 11-4-3-2. If you should have any further questions regarding this matter, please don't hesitate to

Please contact. Building Services and the Meridian Fire Department for specific permit and code
requirements.
The applicant, director, or a party of record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director.
All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Department on or before November 3,
2011, within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and contain the information listed in
Unified Development Code (iJDC) 11-SA-6B.
If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final
decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho
Code 67-8003.
