On behalf of Ship, LLC, the owner of Bellingham Park Ph. 4, we have reviewed and agree with the
findings in the Staff Report. We respectfully request approval of the time extension (TEC-11-007) to
expire on July 3, 2013, as presented in the Staff Report.
Should there be any questions, we will be in attendance at the City Council Meeting.
