We are requesting a time extension of our conditional-use approval for retail shops with
drive thru. I have read the staff report and I am in agreemexlt with staffs recommendations. We
remain hopeful that the market conditions will improve in the near term, and are looking forward
to constructing the project as soon as we have tenants.
