A Pre-Council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, September 27, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad
Hoaglun, and David Zaremba.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I would move to approve the Precouncil agenda as printed.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adopt the agenda as printed. Okay. All in favor
say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
3. Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(b)(d)(f) - (b) To

EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Into Executive Session at 5:31 p.m. and out of Executive
Session 6:59 p.m.)
De Weerd: Okay. I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Bird: So moved.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
De Weerd: Do I have a motion to adjourn our special meeting?
Hoaglun: So moved.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: All those in favor? All ayes. Motion carried.
