We have reviewed the Spurwing Grove No. 2 Subdivision final plat staff report and concur with
the recommended conditions of approval with one exception-the first bulleted item of
Condition 5. For clarity, we request modification of that condition by the addition of the
underlined wording, as follows:
"The landscaping proposed for common lot 5, block 2 and the cul-de-sac planter island
shall be installed and completed prior to release of occupancy for the subdivision unless surety is
provided in accordance with UDC 11-SC-1."
