Wrightwood Dr, approximately U3 mile east of Locust Grove Road in Meridian, Idaho. This application includes a request for Time Extension for Phase 4 (41 residential lots). The property contains 11.85 acres zoned R-8 and currently has water, sewer, joint trench and pressurized irrigation stubbed to and sized in anticipation of this density and use. The property is approved for single family residential development known as Bellingham Park Phase 4. There are no requests to change existing approvals aside from the time extension. My Client anticipates beginning development early 2012.
