Simplot Company receives irrigation water from the Boise-Kuna Irrigation District, and during the partial development of the above subdivision the irrigation system was eliminated. There is no longer any system on the Cavanaugh Subdivision land to accommodate the irrigation runoff. Please consider in your hearing a condition of approval of Cavanaugh Subdivision to include a means for handling irrigation runoff from the South.
