RE: TEC 11-005, Cavanaugh Subdivision, Two Year Time Extension
Dear Clerk,
J.R. Simplot Company receives irrigation water from the Boise-Kuna Irrigation District,
and during the partial development of the above subdivision the irrigation system was
eliminated. There is no longer any system on the Cavanaugh Subdivision land to
accommodate the irrigation runoff.
Please consider in your hearing a condition of approval of Cavanaugh Subdivision to
include a means for handling irrigation runoff from the South.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me at the
number above.
Thank you,
1
