I knew it would be difficult to get letter from "group" for approval but it sounds like he talked them through it..at least the ones that care. See you tonight. From Mobile Office Matt Schultz, The Schultz Company (208) 880-1695 ----- Forwarded message ----- From: "John Caldwell" <jlcaldwe1138@gmail.com> Date: Thu, Sep 15, 2011 1:36 pm Subject: Kingsbridge To: <matt@schultzdevelopmentco.com> Matt, Thanks for taking the initiative on the trees! I hope it works out to bundle. Of the advisory committee members I've talked with on the rezoning of phase2, there's no real opposition to R4 considering the three lots highlighted maintain R2 setbacks and the other bordering lots are oriented such that backs of houses are toward Kingsbridge phase 1. I'm not attending tonight (football game), but haven't heard any chatter on this hearing and wouldn't expect much/any opposition in attendance. The formal letter is a difficult thing because if people have real heartburn long term then all fingers will point my direction. There's no winning in this position...
