Any irrigation facilities within this area are under the jurisdiction of Boise Project Board of
Control. Please contact Bob Carter, Boise Project - Board of Control, at 344-1 t41 or 2465
Overland Rd., Room 202, Boise, Idaho 83705-3173.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal s>_Lrface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
