The current land use designation for tax parcel #51223120934 is R-8 or Medium Density Residential under the Ten Mile Interchange Specific Area Plan. We respectfully request to change the land use designation to Medium - High Density Residential which is intended for apartment complexes. Both parcels are located roughly at the southeast corner of South Ten Mile Road and Overland Road. Our proposal is to combine the two parcels and develop them into a multi -phase, multi -family project. Combining the parcels allows for an improved design, spreading the project out and providing for more open space.
