A Pre-Council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, August 9, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad
Hoaglun, and David Zaremba.

De Weerd: I would go ahead and call this special meeting to order. It is Tuesday,
August 9~h. It's 5:00. Madam Clerk, will you, please, start us with roll call attendance.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I would move to approve the Precouncil agenda as printed.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adopt the agenda as printed. Okay. All in favor
say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.

Rountree: So moved.
