Application TEC 11-003 Brighton Corporation Two Year Extension
We do not object to the two year extension. We do ask that the property be
maintained better than it has been.
1 -We ask that the irrigation ditch be maintained so we can water our
property.
2 -We also would like the house maintained better. We see illegal dumping
and vandalism at the property site.
3 -We also ask that the noxious weeds are mowed to reduce the present
fire hazard we have.
We ask you would require these items of maintaining the property as a condition
of the two year extension of the Preliminary Plat.
