Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird Brad Hoaglun, and David Zaremba. Item 1: Roll-call Attendance: X David Zaremba X Brad Hoaglun X Charlie Rountree X Keith Bird X Mayor Tammy de Weerd De Weerd: I would go ahead and call this special meeting to order. It is Tuesday, July 19th. It's 5:30. Madam Clerk, will you, please, start us with roll call attendance. Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda. Hoaglun: Madam Mayor? De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun. Hoaglun: On the agenda we have an Executive Session, that includes Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(fl. We would like to add (1)(c) on there as well. So, I move adoption of the agenda as amended. Bird: Second. De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adjourn into Executive Session. Madam Clerk, will you, please, call roll. Zaremba: Well, we are adopting the agenda. Bird: Move the agenda. De Weerd: It was both. Zaremba: I say I do adopting the agenda. Hoaglun: Yeah. De Weerd: Okay. All ayes for adopting the agenda.
