Meridian City Council Pre-Council Meeting July 26, 2011 A Pre-Council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 26, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd. Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, and David Zaremba.
