A Pre-Council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, July 26, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad
Hoaglun, and David Zaremba.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Rountree: Motion to adopt the agenda as amended.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: Motion and a second to adopt the agenda as amended. All those in favor
say aye. All ayes. Motion carries.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(f) - To Consider
and Advise its Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation Amended onto

De Weerd: Do I have a motion to adjourn our special meeting?
Bird: Madam Mayor, I move we adjourn from our special meeting.
Rountree: Second.
