A Pre-Council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, June 21, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad
Hoaglun, and David Zaremba.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and call this special meeting to order. For the record
it is Tuesday, June 21st. It's 6:00 p.m. I will ask our Madam Clerk to, please, call roll.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Yes, Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I move approval of the special meeting agenda as presented.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: Motion and a second to adopt the agenda as presented. All those in favor
say aye. All ayes. Motion carries.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(a)(f) - (a) To

MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (6:05 p.m. to 7:06 p.m.)
De Weerd: Council, I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Rountree: Madam Mayor?
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: Mr. Rountree.
Rountree: I move we come out of Executive Session.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second come out of Executive Session. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
De Weerd: Do I have a motion to adjourn our special meeting?
Rountree: Madam Mayor, I move we adjourn from our special meeting.
