A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, June
7, 2011, by President Councilman Zaremba.
Members Present: Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie Rountree and David Zaremba.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jacy Jones.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Hoaglun: I would move to adopt the agenda as printed.
Rountree: Second.
Zaremba: A motion and a second. All those favor?
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(d)(f): (d) To
Consider Records that are Exempt from Disclosure as Provided in
Chapter 3, Title 9, Idaho Code; and (f) To Consider and Advise Its
Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation
Bird: I would move to go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345
(1)(d) and (f).
Rountree: Second.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Hoaglun, aye; Zaremba, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
