Attached are the staff reports for the proposed Jayker ROW vacation and Spurwing Grove
Subdivision (Files VAC-11-002 and FP-11-006). These items are scheduled to be on the City
Council agenda on July 19, 2011. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway
Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
