To whom it may concern: Idaho Power has reviewed the packet of information for the above-referenced item as provided by Brighton Corporation, and submits this letter of comment in response. Idaho Power Company does not object to the proposed vacation of the portion of Greenspire Drive as described in the attached exhibit prepared by James R. Washburn, PLS. Please consider this comment letter a written request for a copy of the recorded resolution of the Board of Commissioners' determination on this matter, and any other instrument that would pertain to a conveyance of the subject property, should Ada County Highway District approve the requested vacation. Run-off is not to create a mosquito breeding problem. ^ 11. This Department would recommend deferral until high seasonal ground water can be determined if other considerations indicate approval. ^12. Please contact Nathan Draper with Settlers Irrigation at 344-2471 or at PO Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707. All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805. It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developments within the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.
