All surfaces used for parking shall be constructed with paving, vegetative cover or of dustless material. 9. All signs erected in association with the use shall be incompliance with the regulations for signs, Chapter 3, Article D sign requirements of the Meridian City Municipal Code. 10. Compressors, fans, pumps, and other motorized equipment shall be located or shielded to reduce noise levels to adjoining properties. 11. The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by any • • authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health Department, Transportation Authority, and Meridian City Departments. 13. The applicant may request renewal twice during any calendar year, for a maximum of six (6) weeks per calendar year. 14. Temporary buildings, construction trailers, equipment and materials may be permitted in any district during the period construction work is in progress. Such temporary facilities or equipment shall be removed within 60 days of completion of the construction work. After such time, the site shall be returned to a clean condition after the termination of the use, including free of debris and garbage. 15. The use shall be allowed until March 3 1, 2006. 16.
