Eight of the lots will be fenced and model homes built by various builders. One of the model homes will be used as a sales office. Sanitary Services will be contracted to remove refuse from the office by means of curbside pickup. This phase has previously been submitted and approved for use in this manner however; we are requesting a change in the location of the previously submitted parking area. On our initial application, lot 13 was being used for the parking area. We would like to change that to lot 3. A 20' landscape buffer is provided on the SW side of that area. We project that we will be using the phase of the development as a model home row for a minimum of 3 years. When it is determined that we are done using this phase for that purpose, the model homes will be sold, and lots 3 and 13 will be sold as buildable lots.
