Curbing may be cut to allow for storm water runoff. Parkin: There is currently adequate parking on this site for the e~risting and proposed uses. The project engineer/architect shall certify that the number and size of handicap-accessible spaces conforms to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Handicap accessible stalls must have signage in accordance with ADA. The applicant shall be responsible for meeting the requirements of ACHD as they pertain to this development. Sidewalks: All sidewalks shall be constructed as submitted and in accordance with MCC 12-5-2.K. We intend to construct a 3,883sf K-9 kennel/training facility. The building will be a single story, colored CMU masonry structure with a metal roof. The building will contain a dog kennel area, small office, toilet room, laundry room, dog wash area and a training room and evidence room. The existing security fence will be relocated around this structure to secure the building. At this time no additional landscaping is anticipated as the fence will be constructed closed to the building. The building does not impact our parking requirement.
