The intent is to build the first building along with most of the site and landscaping improvements for the entire development, and leave undeveloped pad sites for three future buildings. When the PUD and Subdivision applications are approved, the three remaining buildings will be built at a future date. The first building, as well as the three future buildings, will be built as a shell and core to be sold or leased to a business that will subsequently apply for a tenant improvement permit to build out the interior.
