Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given July 18,
2011.
Sanitary Restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied
according to this letter to be read on file with the County Recorder or his agent listing the
conditions of approval. Sanitary Restrictions may be re-imposed in accordance with Section
50-1326, Idaho Code, by the issuance of a certificate of disapproval.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application as it
lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Nathan Draper with Settlers Irrigation at
344-2471 or at PO Box 7571, Boise, ID 83707.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District must review
drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developments within the Nampa
& Meridian Irrigation District.
