Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no objections to the proposed Conditional Use
Permit. Our only comment is that the easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal is one hundred and
twenty feet (120'); sixty feet each side of centerline.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License
Agreement is unacceptable.
