With regard to the Kingsbridge Phase II & III Development Agreement Staff Report, I would first like to
thank you and the City of Meridian for your professional work, analysis and efforts. Please consider this
email as formal response and acceptance of the Conditions of Approval less those listed below.
Page 4, Bullet Point #4.: We request removal of this item. All storm water drainage per
~ the final plat and construction documents provide that
100% will be retained on-site (Phases II & III). Submittal and
approval will not be required by Dartmoor HOA.
Page 11, Number 5.: We request removal of this item. This portion of the project is
specific to the existing and completed Phase I of
Kingsbridge. Phases II & III are not contiguous to Zaldia
