I am writing to request a modification to the Certificate of Zoning Compliance associated with the
Southridge gravel project.
As you know, the CZC Application narrative dated March 15, 2011 indicated that site perimeter fencing
would be constructed "prior to initiating the mass grading".
We would request that the CZC be modified to adjust the timing of perimeter fence installations to
coincide with the timeframes required by the existing Development Agreement for the Southridge
Subdivision. The Development Agreement, (Section 5.1, Item 22) requires that a 6-ft tall masonry fence
be constructed along the adjacent lots in Val Vista Subdivision and Aspen Cove subdivisions prior to the
issuance of building permits within the first phase of the development.
To align the CZC requirements with the Development Agreement, we request that the masonry fence be
constructed prior to building permits being issued within the first phase of the development.
