Meeting of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of February 3, 2011 was
called to order at 12:00 p.m. by Chairman Scott Freeman.
Members Present: Scott Freeman, Steven Yearsley, Michael Rohm and Tom O'Brien.
Members absent: Joe Marshall.
Others Present: Machelle Hill, Bill Nary, Pete Friedman.

Southridge Subdivision Gravel Mining by Idaho Sand and Gravel
Located at South of W. Overland Road and the Ridenbaugh Canal,
and East of S. Ten Mile Road Within Future Development Areas of
Southridge Subdivision Request: Conditional Use Permit Approval
for Gravel Mining on Approximately 76 Acres of Land in the R-4 and
R-8 Zoning Districts (CORRECTION: Zoning Districts are R-2, R-4 and
R-8)
B. Approve Minutes of January 20, 2011 Planning and Zoning
Commission Meeting
