Conditions of Approval:
1. Approval to hold a community event on the subject site is allowed July 3, 2007. After the
event, the site shall be returned to a clean condition after the termination of the use, including
free of debris and garbage.
2. A maximum of one (1) structure shall be allowed and may cover a maximum of five
hundred (500) square feet.
3. All temporary structures shall be displayed so as not to interfere with the clear vision triangle. In
no case shall items be displayed, or business conducted within the public right-of--way, unless
otherwise authorized by the Transportation Authority (ACHD).
4. The use shall not result in the construction of any temporary or permanent structures that would
not otherwise be permitted subject to the regulations of this Title 11 Meridian City Code.
5. The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits
6. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided to serve the use.
7. The use shall not displace the required off-street parking spaces or loading areas of the principal
permitted uses on the site. A 25-foot wide drive-aisle shall be maintained at all times.
8. Unobstructed sidewalk: If a private sidewalk or pedestrian way in front of the building is used for
the temporary use, a minimum width of four (4) feet shall remain unobstructed for pedestrian use.
9. All signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations for
signs, Chapter 3, Article D sign requirements of the Meridian City Municipal Code.
10. The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by any
authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health Department,
Transportation Authority, and Meridian City Departments.
11. The applicant may request renewal twice during any calendar year, for a maximum of six (6)
weeks per calendar year.
12. Comply with all other applicable City Code.

"Salute the Troops" Day at the Meridian Red Robin
Meridian, ID -- The Meridian Red Robin is excited to announce an Independence Day
celebration in honor of our troops. On Tuesday, July 3`d from l lam to 4pm Red Robin
will be hosting "Salute the Troops."
In honor of all armed forces, Meridian Red Robin located on Eagle and Fairview, will be
buying lunch for any individual who comes in uniform or shows military id.
Special guests including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard will have
booths set up for the public. Salute the Troops will be a lively event with opportunities to
meet soldiers, learn more about our military, enjoy great food and win prizes. Join us in
honoring our armed forces.
